Leasure Group began with roots in tile, stone, construction, and real estate, then expanded into a broader construction platform serving commercial and residential markets across the Western U.S.
Today, the group brings together companies with deep trade expertise, established field teams, regional operating capacity, and a shared commitment to accountable project delivery. From large commercial scopes to detailed residential finishes, Leasure Group companies are built around execution: planning properly, staffing the work, coordinating with partners, and delivering finished results that stand up over time.
The group expanded into Nevada by 2015, acquired Full Service Scaffolding in 2022, and acquired DECORZ Flooring, Kitchen & Bath in 2024.

A union tile and stone subcontractor serving large commercial projects across California, Nevada, and the broader Western U.S. NCTS specializes in casinos, hotels, resorts, multifamily developments, airports, hospitals, and large commercial buildings, with capabilities in preconstruction, manpower planning, and high-end installation. NCTS describes itself as the largest commercial tile contractor on the West Coast.
Capitol City Stucco
Commercial stucco, lath, plaster, EIFS, and exterior systems.
Since 2010, Capitol City Stucco has served multifamily, resort, casino, hotel, and commercial projects from offices in Sacramento and Reno. Providing estimating, hard bids, scaffolding, one-coat and three-coat lath and plaster, EIFS systems, and mockups.
Full Service Scaffolding
Scaffolding support for construction access and field execution.
Full Service Scaffolding expands the group’s ability to support active job sites with access solutions that help crews work safely and efficiently. Acquired by Leasure Group in 2022 to strengthen field capabilities.

DECORZ brings the group’s construction discipline into the home: flooring, cabinet installation, kitchen remodeling, and bathroom remodeling for Roseville, Sacramento, and nearby communities. Focused on quality craftsmanship.

NCTS supported the Graton Resort & Casino expansion, a project that included a new rooftop restaurant, expanded gaming areas, a 3,500-seat theater, and a large hotel expansion.
North Fork Casino Stone Installation
Precision stone work at North Fork Mono Casino & Resort, including book-matched stone columns requiring careful material selection, vein alignment, and installation accuracy.
Saint Anna Sanctuary
Completed interior and exterior stucco work on Saint Anna Sanctuary in Roseville, including 1,700 exterior yards and 1,300 interior yards, with architectural dome elements designed to resemble an authentic Greek Orthodox church.
Emory R.E.D., Reno
Partnered on the Emory R.E.D. project in Reno, which was recognized as a Summit Awards Multifamily Development of the Year project.
